Again, I still see ads and consultants talking about “ninjas” and “gurus” and other fly by night terms.
I have said it before and I will say it again and again, you don’t need a “ninja” or a “guru.” If you are a business owner, executive, or manager and you need help with a vexing business challenge, you need an expert that can apply solid processes gained from real world experience…not someone that is chasing the latest fad in personal branding and that doesn’t have the confidence to call themselves an expert.
