Consumer confidence is down 11.9% in the last month in the United States.
This is a global phenomenon with countries like South Korea, Italy, Canada, and Mexico facing declining consumer confidence.
France, Australia, and the Netherlands…are bucking the trend, for now.
74% of American consumers think inflation will get worse.
The markets are struggling with the American stock market set for its worse quarter in years.
However the European markets are gaining due to the US uncertainty.
Denmark, France, Canada, Germany, and the UK have issued travel advisories about visiting the United States.
This could harm teams and venues that benefit from lots of tourists like the Yankees, Mets, Broadway, Dodgers, Mariners, Miami Heat, and more.
It could benefit teams like Tottenham, PSG, and Bayern due to people spending their money in places they view as friendlier
