We haven’t talked about my favorite place, Australia, in a bit of time.
But…a few days ago, I received an email from my AFL team, the Melbourne Demons, about purchasing a digital membership.

Take a look at the Demon’s membership options.
A few notes:
- 22 options are a lot to sift through. I would like the navigation to be simpler. But you can go to all the games, home and away. You can get a subscription to watch all the games—a lot of options.
- Check out the International Membership. This is great for supporters that live outside of Australia, like me. It even includes a ticket if you make it to Melbourne during the season.
My question for you to consider:
- Are you tapping into the audience outside of your home market?
- Do you offer a way for people to engage with your sales team in a way that fits where they are as a fan now? Or, are you stuck on “take it or leave it” options?
- Are you offering too many packages?
