Positioning Worksheet:
Remember the 3 Cs Model:
What does the Customer want that your Company can deliver better than your Competition?
Questions to Consider:
Customer:
· What does the customer want?
· What need are you filling?
· What is the most important thing to the customer?
· What causes the customer to take action?
Company:
· What do you deliver?
· What can you deliver that the customer wants?
· How is it better and different from your competition?
· Are you making promises that you can’t keep?
Competition:
· What does your competition offer?
· Do they do it better than you?
· Is it something that the customer wants?
· Are the customers actively picking the competition over you? Or, is it passive?
What’s your position?
Write out 2-3 potential ideas and think about them.
