- What does the customer value?
- Are you measuring your results based on your internal needs or the customers’ value?
- Who is the customer?
- Where is the market moving?
- How has the market changed?
- How has the market stayed the same?
- How does your customer view your products or services?
- Are any of these measurements meaningful to your customers?
- Are you being honest about what your results are?
- Are you applying the knowledge you learn to improve your business?
Remember, your strength as a marketer and in business begins with the knowledge you have of your customer.
