You do that with research:
- Qualitative
- Quantitative
Start small by talking to a few people individually.
Maybe host a few focus groups and get a conversation going.
Then you can do some secondary research with Google or some other form of search.
Finally, you might have to do your own research.
Why Does It Matter: You have to begin with the customer.
