I just finished going through a process that I recommend for everyone in any business each year, revisiting their segmentation, targeting, and positioning; looking at your strategy, setting some SMART goals, and thinking about where you are going to take your business in the year ahead.
2020, obviously not a highlight year for a lot of businesses.
