I’ve been revisiting some blogs lately…one talks about how companies stick with mistakes.
As I was looking through some old blogs today, I read about how companies stick with mistakes for several reasons, including executives aren’t close to the action.
Which is still true.
The thing about this idea is that years later, it is still true.
No matter where you are with your business, the true is that you are going to have to fight the inclination to stick with your mistakes.
It may be a bad client.
It may be a product that isn’t selling on the market.
It could be bad partners.
The thing about it is, sooner rather than later, you have to recognize that you have made a mistake and take action to fix it.
