A little free public relations advice for you today…
The first thing that you always need to remember, if you are in the situation where you are dealing with a crisis, it is best to never take the stance that it is good to wait an extended period of time.
The second thing you might want to consider is that when you are in a crisis situation, no matter what you do…you don’t start trying to point the finger at lots of other people and groups.
Both things are terrible.
No matter what you do, eliminate those two things immediately.
