Strategize your priorities

Yesterday I talked about setting priorities and an extension of that is knowing what should be a priority. 

If you are in a revenue generating position, you know that the number 1 priority for you should be getting in front of potential buyers. 

If you are in a writing business, you know that words and research count.

If you are in the marketing business, you have metrics.

The point is, that even if you have several priorities…you have to make the number 1 priority, the number 1 priority. 

Going back to the sales analogy…if you aren’t getting to buyers, you aren’t making sales. So all your other priorities are quickly going to get shuffled to the side.
