The least costly solution to most problems is to focus on how you can change a situation.
I bring this up because I was speaking with Patricia Callan from the SFA in Ireland about some of the challenges facing Irish small and medium sized business in Ireland.
She told me that “upskilling” as its called in Ireland is one of the biggest issues with Irish businesses having success. And, if I roll through and talk to my friends in America, Canada, or anywhere else in the world…the fact is that if we don’t spend a little bit of time focusing on how we can improve ourselves, we are going to really struggle to make our businesses better.
