In the past I have written about the 1% solution to growing as a person…and as I sit here listening to the two different MTV Unplugged sessions from R.E.M., I am reminded of the the art of transformation because it is evident in the two different sessions.
The thing is that transformation occurs whether you want it to or not. We get older, the world changes…so the best action you can take is to partner in the transformation of your life, business, or whatever.
Here are a few ideas:
* Decide to focus on one area of change
* Willingly look for opportunities to stretch yourself
* Approach your business from new directions by asking why the assumptions you make are true
