They should be and they should evolve.
Here is the dig, no matter what your goal or ambition in your business…you still need to know how to track your results and understand your numbers. Even in businesses that don’t feel like they serve a customer, you still serve a customer. And, in the case of competing in a race to the bottom, you don’t really want to be first.
The point is, even when you think you know exactly what you are doing…you probably need to step back and confirm that by looking at the numbers.
