I read the magazines, newspapers, and websites of a lot of organizations, journalists, “thought leaders,” and “gurus.” For the most part, there is some okay information out there, but there is also a great deal of bad information that is confusing and/or out right wrong.
One of the worst is all the varying definitions of a sustainable, profitable business. In fact, there are really only 3 keys to building a sustainable, profitable business…everything else, besides, these 3 things is just an input or noise that distracts you from your mission of building a business.
The 3 keys are:
* Finding real buyers
* Build relationships with these buyers
And
* Focus on how impact outcomes
Everything else is just noise.
