Planning A Sales Funnel

In continuing my thinking about planning for now and the future of your organizations…

One challenge that I think needs a lot more thought and planning for is the sales process. Because the need for sales success is a constant in our society and if you aren’t planning for your most likely targets, you are going to find yourself struggling to keep your sales pipeline filled. 

The typical sales pipeline is thought of like a funnel, but I want to offer you a slightly different take on it…that’s four steps:

1. Introduction of your organization

2. Develop relationships

3. Find goals and objectives

4. Proceed to the project
