Recently I was asked about what my work in organizational development does to help people…and I thought that was a good question because most people don’t really have a good answer.
I’m not one of them.
As an organizational development consultant, I have one primary driver and that is to improve my client’s condition.
Simple.
Within the context of that, I may improve your processes, your communications. I may coach, teach, or motivate.
But…at the end of the day, you know that by bringing me in, your company is going to get better.
