I have a friend that tells me everything is measurable…
To a large extent, she might be right, but I think there are certain things that can’t be measured…like empathy, relationships, and personal skills.
Which leads me to the real challenge that a lot of us face, when you can’t find an easy measure of what you are trying to achieve…how do you measure it, because it is often that thing which is the most important.
