I was reading an old piece by Tom Peters and he suggested that we change customer services to client services and that the change would be tremendous.

Here are a few of the ideas that I had about how changing your CS to client services would mean:

* Partnership, not subservience

* Mutually beneficial 

* Proactive

* Service first…not just a title

These are 4 quick ones, but what do you think?
