Change management is really the responsibility of everyone in an organization. Unfortunately, too often we look to avoid this responsibility because our organizations are not always set up to encourage this kind of risk.
So if you are in a position and change isn’t a high priority, but necessary…all you can do is make a small step forward. Change doesn’t have to be huge, it can add up over time.
