Since I can’t be everywhere at once, I wanted to share a few tips with you to help you get the most out of your consultants…

* Find out what the output they are trying to achieve is.

* Ask about their methodology. If they attempt a one size fits all approach, run.

* Make sure you can relate to the person…this is all about relationships driving success.

* Find out who is doing the work.

* Ask a lot of questions.
