I’ve typically got 2 or 3 books going on at once, and lately isn’t any different.
So here are a few of the books I have been working my way through with links to get descriptions and such.
Daniels’ Running Formula: This is a great book for anyone that is trying to improve their running. Its like having a coach at your disposal. I like the marathon training plans and how you can adjust them to your level of fitness.
Half Empty: David Rakoff is hilarious. If you’ve ever looked at the world with a bit of a dark hint to your view, David Rakoff will make you feel sunny. But not in a bad way, no. He will do it in a terribly funny way.
Why We Get Fat?: This isn’t the book for vegetarians. This isn’t going to make Meatless Monday fans happy, but what it might do is help you take a new look at your diet. It might make you look at the latest fad diet with a little more insight. And, it might help you become healthier.
