I went out to a networking event last night.
I had fun, but that’s besides the point.
The point was that a lot of the people that I met last night aren’t exactly savants at social media or tuned into the comings and goings of every tech innovation.
And, that’s okay.
Because what I discovered last night again was that even when you are the most crazy in touch person with everyone you know digitally, sometimes its pretty awesome to put faces to names and to get out and get in touch with people that aren’t as hooked in digitally as you may be.
To quote the movie Singles: “People need people Steve.”
