I’m not sure how often I find myself coming back to customer service…but I imagine it is pretty regularly.
Anyway…I was going through some notes for a briefing I was working on. And, the idea struck me that I would pass along some of my top tips for great service.
* Start the service mentality at the top.
* Challenge your level of service.
* Empower your team to use good judgment.
* Approach problems from the customer’s point of view.
* Ask the eternal “how may I help you?"
