When you are looking at the web pages of companies, a lot of them talk about attributes that may not have any realistic meaning like:
“quality focused”
“aiming for excellence"
or "custom centered”
Here’s the thing…in our connected society, the customer centered organization doesn’t have to say that. It’s your customers that will be trumpeting that to everyone they know.
So my question is, how do you create an organization, product, or service that is worth your customers sticking out their necks for you for?
