I’ve had a few good conversations lately about project management and the way that project managers can make big leaps forward.
One way that project managers can raise their awareness and become much better is to differentiate their jobs into the aspects that require hard skills and the ones that require soft skills.
If you are like me, you have had the PMBOK and PMI themes ingrained in your head for a long time, so you realize that 90% or so of your job should be communications.
So what I am telling you is that you need to really pay more attention to your soft skills.
