Doing Something The “Right” Way…

If you look around the Internet, there are a lot of “experts” and “ninjas” and any other coined term to describe someone trying to steal your attention or get you to buy something…

Which led me to thinking about is there any one “right” way to do a lot of things that are valuable in a knowledge based economy?

Take blogging for instance…

Chris Brogan has one way of doing his writing…

Peter Shankman does his an entirely different way…

And, I’m going to bet that you do your blogging a way that is unique and only done by you.

Which leads me to believe that the way you do something isn’t important, but making sure that you do what you set out to do is more important.  Sure there are markers along the way that will be there for you to see whether or not you are closing in on being successful, but I don’t know if there is truly one “right” way to do most things that are important in a knowledge based economy.
