Convenience vs. Fidelity

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about leadership lately and how organizations, people, etc end up where they are. 

One of the most important questions you can ask yourself as you look to steer yourself or your organization to your goals and that’s whether or not you are going offer something that is convenient or something that has an high status, quality or impact.  

Convenience vs.  Fidelity.

If you want to make your offer convenient, you can offer more access, more locations, cheaper prices, more points of access. 

If you want to offer something with higher fidelity, you can offer a VIP service, better quality material, a higher level of service.
