In any endeavor, management is important. I think too often the ideas of “management,” “leadership,” and “authority” aren’t clearly defined or they aren’t really greatly understood.
Since I called this a quick note on management, management is built on 3 things:
* Competence
* Integrity
* Performance
Leadership and Authority have their foundations in different areas and I will address them at a later date.
But when you are looking at your organization, does your management hold true to these 3 concepts?
