Pricing is one of the most problematic issues for companies.
Why?
Because we all struggle with the idea that we want to maximize our profit, but we don’t want to charge too much compared to the rest of the market.
Unfortunately, when you think like that, you sell yourself short.
In too many instances, we find ourselves underselling our value because we are comparing ourselves to others who do similar things to us.
But if you are taking my advice and have been listening to me over the years, you understand that you are selling a unique product!
No one can replicate what you do.
This helps jump off of doing what the rest of the market is doing and focuses back on you.
So what should you do?
Price according to value! Duh!
