Strategy comes down to purpose.
In too many cases we think about purpose as some esoteric, lovey dovey, hippie dippy thing…but when you are operating a business, your purpose relates directly to the tangible value you are providing to your clients.
Here’s a better way of thinking of that…
No value = no business
Because value is so directly linked to your business’s success, you need to start thinking specifically about the ways that you are adding value to your clients or how you will add value to your potential new clients.
When we are talking value in a business setting, we are specifically looking at the things that have impact like saving time, saving money, or making more money.
Think about the ways that these activities do that:
* Faster time to market
* Lower overhead
* Reduced sales cycle length
* Higher return on investment
