I wanted to take a second to write about my philosophy because I have encountered a few situations lately where it seemed relevant that sharing my philosophy might be useful to others.
In a nutshell:
* I focus on outcomes…that’s what the end goal looks like.
* I believe in leaders communicating with their stakeholders.
* I don’t believe in sugar coating bad news.
* I also believe in taking actions that will achieve immediate improvement.
