  • Build a strategy
  • Do your tactics

Don’t get tricked: Don’t fall for the nonsense:

  • “Entry level pricing”
  • Communications over everything else
  • “You’re small, agile. You don’t need a strategy.” 

My favorite tricks: The Mini-MBA gave me:

  • Pick an enemy
  • Position against the competition
  • Hold the line.
  • Don’t set your price too low.
