I’m not going there, but I was thinking about the example because I’ve been thinking about how to sell something intangible.

And, the thing about selling something where the intangible value is so prominent means that you are going to have to focus on things that aren’t really easy to measure.

This means that you need to be more creative, by focusing on the experience, the community, the connections…and not the cost or something else that puts you in the mindset of a commodity.

So when you go back to the idea of selling someone a pencil…what do you sell?
