As you look at your guiding principles, its good to rank them in accordance to the value that you feel they deliver to you and your clients.
In my example, I would say that reinvention is the most powerful and here is why…
We are always changing and change can be positive or negative. The challenge when you are changing is to channel that change in a positive manner. That’s the choice, a positive change is often driven by considered, measured, and rational choices.
Negative change, is often driven by fear and lack of consideration.
Now I ask you, what’s your hierarchy of impact and how is that reflected in the value you add…?
