One thing that seems to follow me lately is the idea of a “vision” statement. As a whole, this seems to be something that people are afraid of….
Meaning: if they have one, they are afraid that it isn’t good or that they never ever let it rest. If they do not have one, they often freeze because they don’t have one.
Here is the thing, if you have one, it evolves as you evolve and your business evolves. If you don’t have one, you aren’t somehow missing out on all the other things…if you are thinking about one and working to develop one, you have take an extremely important step.
So don’t feel like this is all or nothing.
