I know that scripts and guidelines often get a bad rap…and this is often justly deserved. But when done well, you can have a tremendous impact on your organizations performance. 

A good place to start is by finding out what actions one of your top performers takes and laying that out in a document that all of your team members have the ability to access. 

It doesn’t have to be a thick booklet, or guidebook…but a simple outline of best practices can do a lot.
