An old Peter Drucker question was something like “Is your organization a change agent?"
If he were still alive today, I think he would probably change that question to "Are you a change agent?”
More and more, as we have the means of production between our ears and on laptops and mobile devices, we don’t need permission to change things around…we need the ability to take the leap and begin to make change.
