Change is everywhere.
I’ve probably quoted Pat Riley here more than once saying, “change is the only constant in life."
But change is difficult…even when you do embrace it.
As a primer, here is a simple way to approach change…:
Plan: Don’t screw up the change process from the start by trying to implement a change routine that isn’t thought out. Do yourself and your organization a favor and manage change.
Communicate: In any organization, change is a scary time because no one knows what will happen. Your job is to communicate as much as possible to ensure that the change process moves efficiently and everyone feels like they are informed.
