It is more readily, being able to ask very good questions. 

In the heat of a meeting or a sales call, we too often forget that the reason most of our clients and prospects are talking to us isn’t because of us…it is almost always because they have some problem that they think we can solve or that they hope we can find a solution to.

When you are undertaking your sales, it is important to remember that you really need to learn to listen better and to ask more effective questions. This will go a long way towards putting you over the top in the eyes of your clients.
