Happy New Year!

I hope you had a nice new year’s eve and that you have had the opportunity to start making plans for your new and continued success.

To start you down the road of that success, I’m going to begin reviewing some of the key principles of revenue generation and how you can take advantage of these ideas and principles.

To start the new year, we are going to work through the keys to successful revenue generation.

For me, the four keys are: strategy, operations, marketing, and sales.

As we move through the year, I will focus on the biggest areas of revenue and some of the tactical aspects that will help you prime your revenue pump.

In the long term, we want to look at your revenue generation model like building a house. We will start with the foundation of your business, and move to put the structures around it so that you have a revenue house that stands and protects you for the long term.
