Let’s get something straight, no matter what business you might be in…your business’s only objective is to create and keep a customer. And, the way you do that is by making your customer experience as valuable as possible.

This may be confusing to some…so let’s talk about some of the factors that go into the experience:

  • Price
  • Customer Service
  • Facilities
  • Delivery

Those are probably the big 4 in experience…

Most people look at the price and customer service aspects as the ones they have the greatest degree of control over, but in reality…you should be striving to achieve excellence in all areas.

But the key really is that the bottom 3 factors interact in a way that has a direct impact on the price.

So the better your service, facilities, and delivery…the better the price.

The less these factors are of high quality…the less the price.

This leaves out the conversation around value, but we will get back to that.

Getting back on board the customer experience train, as a business person, you need to be conscious that you aren’t just competing on a one time basis, but you are always fighting for your clients’ attention and their brand loyalty.

And, you do that by providing a great customer experience…within the expectations of what they are paying and expecting.

And, here is the thing…no matter what the product or service, a little extra can go a long way.
