That’s why I tell you often that you have to answer just 3 simple questions to clearly define and improve your strategy.
So today I am going to challenge you to spend 5 minutes answering my questions and telling me that it doesn’t improve your strategy.
- What is the tangible value you provide?
- Who is the person(s) that can use your value and will buy it?
- How do I best reach them?
Now spend 5 minutes on this and let me know if your strategy isn’t better by the end of that time.
